The number of Russian soldiers killed in Ukraine has reached an estimated 21,600 since February 24, when Russia launched a full-scale war against Ukraine.
It was reported on Facebook on Saturday by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Russian troops have also lost 854 tanks, 2,205 armored vehicles, 403 artillery systems, 143 multi-charge jets, 69 anti-aircraft defenses, 177 aircraft, 154 helicopters, 1,543 cars, eight ships and cutters, 76 tankers, 182 tactical drones, 27 special equipment , four operational tactical missile assemblies and tactical missile assemblies, the statement said.
“The data is being updated. Calculations are difficult due to intense hostilities,” the General Staff said.
