A drone attack on the western Ukrainian city of Lviv on Tuesday morning claimed the life of one person, officials said.
Although Lviv, located near the border with Poland, is considered one of the safest cities in Ukraine, it has become the target of more frequent attacks in recent months.
“After the morning strikes in Lviv, work to eliminate the consequences continues. “Unfortunately, a man who worked here was found dead under the ruins,” Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovy said on the Telegram network.

At the time, 10 drones were destroyed overnight in the southern region of Mykolaiv, Governor Vitaly Kim announced on Telegram. He said debris falling from the downed Russian target damaged agricultural machinery, but no people were injured.
In the Dnipropetrovsk region, according to Governor Sergiy Lysak, artillery fire was recorded in the Nikopol region. There, six houses, a power line and a gas line were damaged. According to the governor, a 71-year-old man was injured. a man who was taken to hospital. His condition is average.
