One person was killed and 15 wounded in a rocket attack on a medical clinic in Dnipro, one of Ukraine’s most populous cities, President Volodymyr Zelensky and other Ukrainian authorities said.
“Russian terrorists once again confirm their status as fighters against everything that is humane and honest. A missile attack on a clinic in the city of Dnipro,” Zelensky said on Telegram.
Zelensky released a video showing smoke coming out of roofless buildings with windows. “So far, one person has died and 15 have been injured. They relieve the consequences of the explosion and rescue the victims. All necessary services are included. My condolences to the family of the deceased.”
The governor of the region, Serhiy Lisak, said that among the injured in Dnipro are two children aged three and six. “Both are hospitalized. Doctors assess his condition as moderate. Eleven adults were also taken to hospital. The condition of two of them is serious.

The World Health Organization condemns attacks on healthcare as a violation of international humanitarian law and has verified hundreds of such attacks in Ukraine since the start of the Russian invasion in February 2022.
