“We are protected by different types of weapons. I will not name them, this question should be addressed to the military, but I can say that the people of Kiev are protected by the most modern air defense systems. Based on the results of all the strikes, it can be seen that the city is much better protected than a few months ago,” V. Klyčko stressed. According to the mayor, Ukrainian air defense was able to shoot down even Kinzhal missiles, which are considered to be the pride of Russia.
According to V. Klyčko, the recent Russian attack on the capital caused no casualties, but several people were injured.
As “Ukrinform” had already announced, on Thursday night the Ukrainian air defense destroyed all “Shahed” suicide drones launched towards kyiv.
