Callisaya specified that the largest number of complaints were against the Bolivian Police, with 1,539 cases; the Public Ministry, with 1,394 and the Judicial Branch, with 1,163 claims.

The majority of the population that went to the Ombudsman’s Office to file a complaint were women, children, adolescents and older adults.
