Russians plan to bring about 150 repairmen from Belarus to Zaporizhia nuclear power plant

The Russians intend to bring a hundred and a half repairers from Belarus to the temporarily occupied nuclear power plant in Zaporizhia.

This was announced on Wednesday on the Telegram channel by the Ukrainian operator of the Enerhoatom nuclear power plant.

“The writers are trying to recruit one and a half hundred Belarusian repairmen to work at the Zaporizhia nuclear power plant. The occupants are still looking for personnel to ensure the operation of the plant, trying to manage as best they can. Therefore, it is likely that the hijackers will bring around 150 repair specialists who worked at the Belarusian nuclear power plant to the Ukrainian nuclear facility,” the report said.

It is worth noting that they are necessary in order to quickly eliminate violations caused by shelling, which the Russians themselves are preparing. And the Russian occupiers are unable to force Ukrainian nuclear forces to cooperate.

“Although all methods are used, from the promise of ‘mountains of gold’ to threats, intimidation and imprisonment, there is a catastrophic lack of qualified personnel at the plant,” added Enerhoatom representatives.

“Ukrinform” recalls that due to the refusal of some employees of the Zaporizhia nuclear power plant by the Ukrainians to cooperate with the occupiers and due to the lack of their own personnel, the Russians cannot start or operate the energy units of the central.

The Russian army occupied the Zaporizhia nuclear power plant on March 4.
