The Supreme Court rules in favor of the wind plot commander, overturning the Treasury’s first inspection and leaving the case in the air.

The Supreme Court has sided with Alberto Esgueva, the main defendant in the Castilla y León wind farm, in his lawsuit against the tax agency.
