The Supreme Court has sided with Alberto Esgueva, the main defendant in the Castilla y León wind farm, in his lawsuit against the tax agency. Supreme Court was released An appeal by the tax agency, in which it sought to rectify the decision of the national court on the annulment of the inspection of the origin of the case. According to the Supreme Court, this first check is not valid because Esgueva checked out of Valladolid, not Madrid, where his companies were officially headquartered. The Supreme Court has already allowed another similar case to be heard, warning that it is a paved road. In addition to clearing him of more than 20 million in taxes, the decision gives the main accused in the biggest corruption case in Castile and Leon a weapon to extinguish the entire procedure.
