The prosecution of the National Court requested the temporary entry of Pompeyo GP, the alleged author of six letters sent to the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, the Ukrainian Embassy in Madrid and four other destinations. He refused to testify during his appearance at the 4th Investigative Court.
The Public Ministry charged the detainee with six counts of terroristic offenses in two cases with aggravating circumstances, including Sánchez and Defense Minister Margarita Robles. The charge of terrorism is a competition with the manufacture and use of explosive, incendiary, incendiary devices for terrorist purposes.
The prosecutor in the case, Anna Noe, justified the request for pretrial detention and without bail due to the risk of fleeing, concealing sources of evidence and committing other crimes.
