Are you waiting for your bankruptcy to be finalized? almost four years. This is without counting resources and upstream instances. Spain has 5,408 judges, 2,553 prosecutors, 3,748 lawyers from the administration of justice and yet the decision time is sometimes unavailable. The diagnosis ranges from lack of facilities to lack of modernization and the result is the destruction of the courts in some parts of the country by citizens who perceive the justice system to be getting worse every year.
