Spain takes over cannabis, while Europe regulates

Ska-P plays at Brandenburg Gate in Berlin and hundreds of cannabis users celebrate Germany’s legalization of recreational marijuana. Under certain conditions, without objections, any adult can transport, consume and even plant cannabis at home in a German country, in a European locomotive.

Although several of the most advanced countries in the world (Germany itself, Canada, the United States, among others) debate or approve the free and adult consumption of cannabis, Spain goes back a decade: the Ministry of Health is currently developing a law. Very limited therapeutic use – say various organizations – which does not allow future patients to use the buds and which limits the possible use with existing medicines in most cases and some oils in rare cases.
