Christmas has come early for shoppers as two new tenants arrive at Northern Ireland’s only premium designer store.

The Boulevard in Banbridge has officially opened the doors to two new stores just in time for the holidays.

House of Cavani and Double TWO joined the outlet’s strong line-up of luxury clothing stores this month.

House of Cavani opened on Friday 8th December and offers a range of contemporary menswear and evening wear, perfect for the modern gentleman.

Occupying 2,000 square meters on the west side of the project, the menswear brand will create an additional six jobs in the area.

This month, the company also welcomed men’s shirt designer Double TWO to a 1,300-square-foot retail store.

Double TWO has opened its first store in Northern Ireland at the designer store, creating six workspaces where the company will sell a range of iconic men’s shirts, casual wear and women’s fashion perfect for Christmas gifts.

Conveniently located between the capitals of Belfast and Dublin, The Boulevard continues to attract top brands.

In addition to the new openings on the Boulevard, some existing tenants are also doubling down, with several brands extending their leases or expanding their stores.

Long-term tenants Molton Brown, Next and Pop-up, which have become permanent tenants, have both signed significant contract extensions this year, as has popular candle brand Yankee Candle following huge sales success at the NI Designer Outlet.

Mountain Warehouse expanded its footprint on the boulevard to a total of 3,552 square feet and opened classic surf brand ANIMAL on site. Following record sales, global denim fashion brand Levi’s® moved to a more prominent unit as part of the plan, taking up 50% more space than the client requested.

Paul McCann, Asset Manager at Lotus Property, said: “We are delighted to welcome a large number of new businesses to the project in time for Christmas and also to ensure the continued integration of existing tenants into 2023.” This is proof of the achievement Boulevard and its tenants. We consistently see great interest, which is reflected in signatures for our program.

“The Boulevard continues to experience strong sales and foot traffic throughout the year, which will only be enhanced by the new brands available to our loyal customers.”

The boulevard is owned by Lotus Property, advised by Johnstone Property Consultants and KLM Real Estate.

House of Cavani and Double TWO join existing tenants such as Kate Spade Ny, Levi’s, GUESS, Kurt Geiger, Dune London, M&S, Next, Jack Wills, Timberland, Under Armour, Crew Clothing and Joules.
