The SOUTHAMPTON-based charity offers help to those struggling with mental health problems.
Creative Options, a community-run charity, is relaunching its 12-week course called SPACE, which aims to prevent suicide and self-harm.
Organizers will carry out face-to-face activities to help attendees manage their emotions and additional online support will be available.
Resources posted on the Internet offer a variety of courses designed to improve mental well-being.
The SPACE program will be relaunched on Sunday 8 May at 2pm at the Southampton Aquatic Activity Center.
The sessions will be led by Ling Salter, wellness mentor and founder of Compassionate Cuppa.
The goal of the charity is to create a safe space where people can speak openly without fear of judgment.
Anyone can find out more about how the system works.
The SPACE program provides a contribution fee of 0.10 for participants.
