The expert stated that pork is much easier to digest by the body. Therefore, it is wrong to say that it is a fatter and heavier product.
“If we pay attention to the nutritional recommendations, in principle, pork is a product very close to us, even with its molecular biological structure. It is processed quite well by our digestive system. The most important thing is to choose the right piece so that it is not too greasy, ”the doctor said in an interview with Moscow 24.
Most of the fat is found in breast meat and neck, with slightly less in scapula and ham.
The advantage of pork is that it easily extracts the fat inside. In this case, it becomes a dietary product that contains almost all of the B vitamins useful for the nervous system and hematopoiesis.
