Dietitian, nutritionist Yevgeny Arzamastsev said that overcooked pork skewers are considered the most dangerous for health.
According to the expert, such a kebab contains a fairly large amount of refractory fat, which greatly increases cholesterol levels.
“The black components in overcooked kebab are broken down proteins. When it enters the stomach, it affects it negatively. If present, there is a risk of worsening any inflammatory disease such as gastritis. Overcooked kebab also contains a large amount of carcinogens that adversely affect cellular metabolism, ”says Moscow 24 specialist.
Less harmful are skewers of turkey, chicken or fish with black crusts without visible signs of overcooking.
Recall that on March 1, the new fire regulation came into force in Russia, in which it is prohibited to fry shish kebab within five meters of the building.
