Greshaw is not ready to leave the Russian market.
Well-known director and producer Vincent Greshaw, whose last movie House of the Dead Whispers was released in Russia, sees Russia as a lucrative market for horror movies.
In an interview with Izvestia, the director said that he is not afraid to express his opinion and does not condemn the inhabitants of any country. He believes that movies should be accessible to everyone, and if it allows audiences to escape reality and immerse themselves in a new world, then why not provide such an opportunity?
“People remain people everywhere, and I am grateful to have the opportunity to show my film in Russia,” Grashaw said.
The director admitted that he always dreamed of visiting Russia and entering the cinematic scene. According to him, he is ready to accept all the advantages and opportunities offered by the Russian market.
