The First Dates star has been sentenced to six years in prison after admitting his role in a £1.5 million heroin ring.
Joseph Shaw, 28, appeared on the Channel 4 dating show in 2017.
He and his 24-year-old younger brother Daniel confessed to conspiring to supply cocaine and heroin after police raided a property in Silkstone Road, Bradford, in 2021.
The police received a tip and seized 31 kg of heroin and £100,000 in cash at the address.
Officers confirmed during the raid that they found Class A drugs in two laundry bags hidden in the attic and the money was hidden in a duffel bag.
Joseph Shaw was also charged with conspiracy to produce cannabis and sentenced to six years in prison, while Daniel Shaw was sentenced to ten and a half years at Bradford Crown Court.
Appearing on first dates in 2017, Joseph met Jodi before realizing the pair were already dating.
They found each other on the train before spending the night together.
After telling Fred that he knew her, Joseph snuck into the closet to call a friend.
He told his friend: “I have a date with her, she pretends not to know me. how funny that She said, “Oh yes, we know each other a little.
“I don’t know you at all, I hung out with you all night yesterday”
