Nadine Coyle paid a surprise visit to a pumpkin patch in Northern Ireland on Tuesday.

The former ‘Girls Aloud’ star from Derry headed to Fulton’s Pumpkin Patch between Donemana and Artigarvan, near Strabane, on October 25.

She posed with worker Noel Dunn, while the company posted on Facebook: “Great to see our local celebrity Nadine Coyle (Girls Aloud) visiting our patch today, thanks for coming.”

The pumpkin patch’s owner, Clayton Fulton, told The Postedia that the singer was visiting her family, including her daughter Anaiya.

He added: “We opened four years ago thinking it wouldn’t take off. We tried it to see how it would go. On the first day, 60 cars were waiting.

“We now receive up to 20,000 people who come to the event every year.

“We didn’t even know that Nadine would come with us, it was a surprise for us.

“She passed and my uncle Noel didn’t know her at first until someone pointed it out.

“We posted it on our Facebook last night and [we have reached] more than 300,000 people.

“I’m buzzing today, it’s given the patch a lot of publicity here. All the locals raved about her being there. It’s very, very good.”
