At the auction held in early July, 6.25 million was offered for the college building. EUR – almost double the original price (3.2 million euros), but the buyer was not disclosed at the time.
This was the first real estate auction and 14 bidders took part.
It was announced that the building is sold because the college does not need it, and the funds received for this should be used by the Vilnius College to equip a library, a chemical laboratory and renovate 2.7 thousand rooms. sqm meters total area dormitory.
